1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Time Frame: We accept returns and exchanges within 45 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in the original condition, and packaging.
- Custom-Made Items: Please note that all custom-made items (e.g., engraved pieces, specific size pendants) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a quality issue.
- Clearance Items: Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Clearance items are non-refundable. Non-clearance items purchased with a discount code are refundable.
2. Process & Shipping Costs
- Return Process: To return an item, please mail it to the address below. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment once we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Exchange Process: To exchange an item, please include a note inside your package with your name, order number, and the details of the new product you want (name, model, size, etc.).
- Shipping Responsibility: For returns or exchanges not due to quality issues (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for shipping costs. If the item is defective or incorrect, please contact us via email, and we will cover the return shipping cost.

4. Processing Time
Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for us to process your return or exchange after we receive your package.
5. Gifts & Gift Cards
- Gifts: If an item was purchased as a gift and needs to be returned/exchanged after 45 days of purchase, please email us at [frankfraaa@gmail.com].
- Gift Cards: Unfortunately, gift cards cannot be returned.
